Ingredients: drinking water, triticale, rye malt, barley malt.
Directions for use: For preparation of 5 l of grain kvass to dissolve in warm (35-40°C) drinking water 8-10 tablespoonful of kvass wort concentrate, 1 and 2/3 glass of sugar, 6-7 g of compressed yeast, to keep 18-20 hours at temperature 25-30°C. To cool ready-to-drink kvass, to rack it and to keep in cold place. Ready-to-drink beverage yield – 15 l.
